Hi, PS4 player here, I cannot see any achievements/challenges on my game anywhere and there is no trophy list.
I played on pc under the same account for the best part of I’d say 3-4 years until about 18 months ago I switched over to ps4. I used my same account details to keep all my skins etc, and have recently wanted to collect all the achievements for each hero (the ones that unlock to pixel/cute sprays) only to realise they are nowhere to be seen.
When I got on each hero to view challenges etc I just see the challenges listed for ranking up each hero’s progression (e.g. level 20/50/100 etc) but nothing to do with the challenges like the floor is lava for Lucio and so on.
when I check the sprays, it says some are still locked and it references the challenge that needs to be completed to unlock it but I cannot see that challenge anywhere on my game. I also notice PlayStation players can get a platinum trophy, but my game has no trophy list whatsoever. This is after re installing the game on a few different occasions. Does anyone know if this is a bug or perhaps an issue from where my account originated on pc but is now on ps4 ? I would love some help!
