I would play clash, some control points all day long.

Should not be a problem with 100 million players ?
Might be useful on quick play. But would screw up matchmaking.

It was 100m accounts, in the history of all OW.

cs:go/2 (the game that has it’s fair share of issues and a dropoff in active players since cs2’s release and even a whole separate comp mode (faceit) basically dividing a playerbase) as an example of how it will not, in fact, screw up anything
if anything will give a heads up to devs about which maps are trash and have bad map design(will not be played as much) and increase the devs’ engagement with playerbase
as one guy once said,
