Alt+Tab Crash with Youtube playing in background

3 times, 3 bans, across two seasons.

When you have a Youtube video playing in Mozilla in the back ground at the same time that the game connects you to a competitive match, you crash.

Since you never know when the game will connect to a match I want to alt tab and watch my video. When I alt tab at the exact moment I connect it crashes.

Windows 10 64bit, nvme ssd, 8700k ect.

The whole system locks up and I need to power down and restart. However the <60sec it takes me to restart and get back into the game is enough to ban me.

Hey LovelyNella,

We would always suggest to close background applications completely when lpaying games, especially when playing competitively. I would suggest checking if “hardware acceleration” is enabled in your browser, or perhaps using a different browser completely.
