Today I got randomly disconnected from a comp game, the same happened some days ago.
The symptomatology is simple:
I’m playing with no problems, relatively good and stable latency (around 50 ms) while on discord talking with my friends.
All of a sudden I get the warning icon on the left, everything still keeps working as usual (no teleporting, other players behave normally, latency still the same) and after some seconds “lost connection to game server”).
Discord (and everything else) continues to work without any problem or hiccups.
Checking the replay of the match you can clearly see my player data are good up until the disconnection (no standing still, no teleporting or strange behaviour):

Nothing changed on my side in the last year (neither my pc, neither my router, neither my ISP, nothing) but I still want to understand if it’s something I have to/can fix or it’s a problem with the game servers.
I’m directly connected to the router so no wifi is involved.
Anyone here knows what I should do?
EDIT: I have to add that the issue is not repeatable, it happens sporadically and at random times. I still get a penality and lose SR tho so I’d like to get this solved (if I have any agency on it).

First thing I tried last week, but as I said today I got disconnected again…
Now I’m trying to see if changing DNS to the opne google’s ones fixes the problem.
But I won’t know for days probably

If you’re still experiencing disconnections after changing your DNS, we’ll need your MSinfo/DXdiag and a MTR test. You can post them here using the preformatted text for a better visibility. If it doesn’t fit, you can host the files on an external site such as Pastebin then provide the URL here, also in a preformatted text. Else, you can just submit a ticket with the files attached.

Thanks a lot for the help, I will definitely do it if the problem presents itself again.
Sadly as I said it’s not a easily reproduceable issue as it happens quite rarely (there was more or less a week between the two events I got) so it may take a while.
As I said tho, I’ll definitely post the required data if this happens again!

i got 2 days in a row random disconnects without the possibility to rejoin, altough i can speak with my teammates in the in-game Chat. And you are still denying this, i lost so much SR and now i’m banned for your servers for 1 hour… really??
And your response to check our internet connection is ridiculous, I have 2 internet connections especially so i dont get disconects. I just want my hard earned SR back
After I switch to google DNS addresses I have not experience the issue anymore.
It’s just a week but for now it seems to work, I hope it will work for you too.
Hopefully I won’t update this thread anymore.
