Does anyone know any games out there that have gameplay similar to Genji?
I really want to play a similar gameplay style but outside of Overwatch, but I don’t know where to start looking.
The reason I played him a lot is because I like the playstyle, I also have a lot of hours on Hanzo, but while I’ve seen games where there is a bow, (even though Hanzo’s bow mechanic is very top notch compared to most other games) I rarely saw gameplay like Genji’s in other games.
Not really that similar but if you just like being a cyborg ninja who kills stuff with a sword try metal gear rising revengeance.
I’ve seen someone play that, didn’t even realize it was a Metal Gear game. I should look into it.
I’ve also tried Ghostrunner, it has a really nice feeling to it and had an extra widowmaker like ability, but it was a little bit too hardcore for me. (I like a challenge, but hardcore is a tad much for me.)
idk try teamfortress 2 and pay demoman witha sword? a drunk scottish man with a sword is cooler than a robot ninja.
Otherwise you can always try other herobased teamshooters like paladins

And yes I’ve played tf2. Haven’t for many years. Still remember the laggy pyro meme.
On Paladins, I tried it but it didn’t stick with me. Maybe I should try it again one day.
i havent played tons of these shooters. but isnt rainbow six siege also class based? there might be some sword based guy toplay as well.
And well people might not like its style but if you like genjis gameplay, perhaps splatoon? from what i saw you can wall climb, and it has some melee like weapons as well.
