My game bugged out alot and i couldent see players at all and other things. Dident know how to fix it so restarted the game and even tho it took like 30 secs i got instantly banned. You shouldent have to get banned because the game is bugging…

When that happens is usually a performance issue; the game isn’t able to load models. Let’s try some things to see if we can prevent it from happening again.
Delete the Battle.net Cache folder:
battle.net/support/article/34721
Repair the game:
battle.net/support/article/7655
Make sure both your operative system and drivers are up to date:
battle.net/support/article/31024
Make sure you deactivate Xbox DVR:
battle.net/support/article/92046
Close background applications to make sure there’s no other program interfering with the game:
battle.net/support/article/23848
