When Ashe spawns in DM her scope is rendered as a flat surface, which means the flashing spawn effects are completely blocking the reticle.
Since Deathmatch is such a quick-paced game this means when you aim at an enemy seconds after spawning the scope is entirely blocked by the shiny spawn effect.
More of an oversight than a bug, but since all I play is Ashe on DM it’s caused more than a few deaths.
