ATTENTION ADMINS! Email received by Blizzard(?)

So i received a strange e-mail by Blizzard(?) and i just want to be sure if it is and Official blizzard e-mail or is it some kinda of account scam going on. (I don’t know if this is the right spot for this, if it’s not, i’m sorry guys).

the e-mail said:

"Greetings,

It has come to our attention that you are trying to sell your personal Overwatch? account(s). As you may not be aware of, this conflicts with the EULA and Terms of Agreement. If this proves to be true, your account can and will be disabled. It will be ongoing for further investigation by Blizzard Entertainment’s employees. If you wish to not get your account suspended you should immediately verify your account ownership.

You can confirm that you are the original owner of the account to this secure website with:
https://www.battle.net/account/support/password-verify.html

If you ignore this mail your account can and will be closed permanently.

Once we verify your account, we will reply to your e-mail informing you that we have dropped the investigation.

Pretty generic phishing mail, ignore it. If you don’t have an authenticator, get one and change your e-mail.

Hello Sithric,

That email is not from Blizzard, it’s a phishing attempt - please see this support article for more information no how to spot these.

How’s my driving? Let me know! Blizzard EU - Customer Service Forum Representatives Surveys - Hagut

this cant be really

the officialese site is : https://www.blizzard.com

that say battle net

seems fake

hello,
im glad someone already has posted this on the forums. I got the exact same email about me trying to sell overwatch, the fact is I don’t own any other game so how can I sell something that I don’t own. but as its been confirmed that its a scam so I can relax.

If you hover over that link it will not actually be pointing at battle.net.

Should remove he’s link if its not real cos some one might be naive enough to click it.

His link is real. The one in the email isn’t.
