Average FPS drops from ~200 to ~100

So basically what is happening is that my average fps go down a lot. I thought it might be the map but it isn’t consistent with maps. Sure the fps goes down in teamfights but even in normal scenarios I get ~120 fps in which I normally should have ~200
A restart or pulling the power cable fixes it most of the time or sometimes even it goes back to normal by itself.
Other games don’t seem to get affected by it.
My Overwatch settings are all on low and everything turned off 1080p 144hz.
Also no dual monitor setup.
Sometimes the game goes even that far of freezing and making a really loud static sound (or maybe just a short piece of sound looping) and just a hard reset gets it out of that state.
The problem exists for around some months I am not too sure about the date.
If more information is needed I am ready to provide it.
Thank you all in advance!

Greetings Paì,

sorry to hear you’re experiencing low framerates in Overwatch. Have you tried these steps already (including the Advanced Troubleshooting section)?

Hello,
Thanks for the response!
I did everything besides the repair tool.
Nothing helped
I’ll try the repair tool today and will post an update!

If the issue persists after repairing, please create your DxDiag and MSInfo files:

You can paste the content of each file on a web like Pastebin and provide us with the links. If it doesn’t let you publish your message because of the links, try to paste them using the preformatted text option (</> button).

I did try the repair tool but that didn’t do it either.
