WinMTR v0.92 GPL V2 by Appnor MSP - Fully Managed Hosting & Cloud Provider

I even reinstalled my windows from windows 7 to 10, no difference in ping. But now i’m curious with ctrl+shift+n i see 5.42.169.90:26520 this IP… is that right IP i should be connected to ?

In regards to connection. For the past few days, I am unable to even login to Overwatch. It simply gives me a, “Time out communicating with Blizzard services” notice. If anyone can provide information on how to solve this issue, it would be much appreciated.

Issue still exists! BLIZZARD do you have any plan how to fix the problem or you think it’s just provider problem. Problem exist 1 month with out solution.

2 weeks later the game is still unplayable. I contacted my internet provider and they told me, that the problem is on the Blizzard side.
And i can’t post the results of pathping and tracert, since it forbids me from posting links.

  • If you need post tracert or patchping - use "find and replace “.” with ". " without quotes. It make post acceptable for posting in that case. Or just add space after dots in links. I really hope that somehow disconnections ends. Also - starting Overwatch without launcher or battle. net on background make game connection a little more sustainable. And it less disconnect in medium mode of play with AI (once per 5-6 games).

Yeah, same here, contacted ISP, they told me they can’t do anything with the abroad pathing, so who can? I have to manually find out the number of the server that is fking up or what? Aren’t blizzard responsible for where their servers are and how people get connected to them ?

It is funny how the problem still existing for almost ONE MONTH and blizzards are not even trying to do anything about that - pointing with finger on players providers or some kind of installed programms like they are the issue. The problem is on your side and IF I AM NOT ABLE TO PLAY THE GAME WHICH I HAVE PURCHASED - I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

Problem is still unresolved, Balticom can’t do anything to fix this. I’ll change provider because for this kind of issue to be unresolved for almost a month makes me believe they are not interested in their clients. I basically have paid for month without ability to use their internet. I suggest other people to call and let Balticom know that this is not okey.

Does the problem have been solved after the change of provider?
P.S. Yesterday I was trying to play in America region, but it did not change the weather, problem found me even there.

Lattelecom doesn’t have this issue for me.

If the problem was ONLY with Balticom, there shouldn’t be any dc for other european citizens in many countries. Ask people in arcade games, for example, how many of them are facing these issues. You are going to have at least 3 out 6 people and I am pretty sure they are not balticom users from Latvia :3 besides, for YEARS everything was absolutely fine for us to play the game without any issues, something changed in April. Something what blizzards missed and don’t want to notice or fix.

if you didn’t notice this thread is specifically for issues with specific provider - Balticom. I am not making any comments about any other European countries and their issues with connection.

Connection issue with Balticom is consistent and been acknowledged by provider itself. It started just recently and I didn’t had any other issues with this provider before - Therefor the thread. From them I understand that issue is with Blizzard and Blizzard has been very lazy about doing anything about this issue from their side. You can see that by how blues became silent in this thread. Balticom has issue with Blizzard in general so every single product is affected. I can’t even play sc2 or diablo3 with their internet. Unless I enjoy disconnecting at least once every hour.

This is the best WinMTR Table showing the issue. The packetdrop is @ “et-0-0-31-pe02-eqam1.as57976 net”. There is 71% loss on that node. This node is in Amsterdam, operated by Blizzard.

Balticom user here. Routing issue seems to be fixed as I’ve not had gotten a DC in the past few days and the ping today jumped down to 45 from ~75

I also have the same issue right now. I keep seeing Lost connection to game server thing ( EU server)

I had disconnect yesterday, so i will check maybe later today

Same here. Ping got lower, no disconnections during the day

Seems like problem with baltciom has been solved, so topic can be closed
