click on contact support written in blue box .
Kitten is right. Support ticket is the way to go, doubt it will get overturned though.
To get the account closed, it will need to have been suspended a few times, so you would have had plenty of warning. It will also not have been closed for “no reason”
In 5 years of playing I have never heard of anyone getting a life ban for absolutely no reason. Usually there’s a history of short term suspensions for abuse or something. But never for nothing. Definitely contact support about this. Seems odd.
Greetings, @Aliaagt , I will never undrstend how people can get permament banned into Overwatch (except if someone using some third-party programs).Overwatch community is really really awesome, this is not league of legends or (Chernobyl) don’t get me wrong, but I feel sorry for your account.I been silenced only once and I fix immidiatly behave, atm I am Endorsment level 5 and I am proud on it.Be nice to others that’s your only options whenever and whatever you decide to play in the future my friendly advice. witt lowry - into your arms ft. ava max (no rap) (slowed n reverb n bass boosted) [Lyrics] - YouTube ^___^
It does happen tho
Usually it’s either an employee mistake, or game rules/design are so badly put together that it inevitably causes bans. For example, Blizzard has made mistakes in WoW which lead to in-game changes/bugs, people didn’t know it’s a bug, and Blizzard banned them anyway as if people are oracles who can read from bones what dev’s screwed up, and what they should do to not get banned. It was devs mistake and their fault, but people got banned for nothing anyway.
Really? I’ve never heard of it. However I remember Blizzard banning Torb main accounts in the past for no reason other than the person played Torb. This was way back before his rework though. it was a common theme back then.
When it comes to bans for no reason, I’m just generalizing about gaming since the past 20+ years I’ve seen plenty of example of people being banned either by mistake, or dev’s failure.
As for Blizzard, there were dramas going on in WoW where dev’s caused bugs which some people abused knowingly, and some by accident not knowing that the change was a bug. Blizzard didn’t want to prove who did what, so they wave banned anyone who used a bug, so in the end innocent people got caught into crapstorm of dev’s cleaning after themselves.
Occasionally dev’s can’t prove why someone did something, so they ban the person anyway “on a hunch”, because due to a bias, everyone just assumes that the person was doing something wrong because otherwise there would be a ban.
As for the guy above, no one actually knows if he did deserve any ban.
It’s a Schrödinger’s ban
