Hi, I hadn’t played Overwatch since around last Christmas but when I tried to log in around March time it said i had been banned. After a while of figuring out how to open a ticket, I finally got a response saying I had been using “third party programs” which I found strange because I had not used any such things. I asked to see the “evidence” they had found as I want my account back to play with my friends and also because i had bought skins and don’t want the money wasted. They responded to this request with “This penalty has been upheld. Any further requests on this topic will not be reviewed.” so I am just a little lost. Any help with what to do would be greatly appreciated.
They have reviewed their evidence twice and still have come to the same conclusion . Either they are lying or you are. You can´t both be right at the same time. If they say that you have used third party programs, they have found that. They can´t just come up with such a claim without evidence and I doubt their system makes mistakes.
What 3rd party programs that their system have registered and how they found it, is not for them to reveal to you, as that might compromise their system. You just have to accept the result and find out yourself what the issue is on your end.

Yes, I have a razer mouse.
There was a thing earlier this year where a razor driver update did something that was randomly trigging the anti cheat.
From what I’ve seen, most got it overturned on appeal.
