Im opening this thread because it’s imposible to talk to someone about customers suport of blizzard.
My account battle.net was hack the las sunday 28 and i manage to recover my email and pc but not my battle.net account so i opened a ticket, after waiting 3 long days and asking how long it will take someone said me that it will be around 7 days.
The issue aside my acount was hack is that the first ticket disapeared without any notification, archive, read. Not mentioing that it was in another safe account. This is awful customers service since it’s te only companie that i didn’t get any respones in 72h and they " suddenly vanished" my ticket.
Im really disapointed with this companie and Customers Service
