Do know you give even more money too Activision who clearly showed they are going full effort to the mobile platform. They don’t give a dem about the true spirit of Blizzard games.

I never understood why people buy smurf accounts. Are they that eager and vain to kill a Silver/Gold rated player?
Well I can understand buying a second account with mmr and such but if it’s an acc just bought to smurf on then clearly they just want to have fun.
But why? I also don’t buy 7 kitchens…
Oh are their new heroes when i buy another account ?

The mobile drama was just activision pushing blizzard to get into the huge market that is china, mobile platform is huge there and it is very popular to have MT in games there also. Smurfing is just a stupid thing to do, people who buy accounts just to smurf clearly have nothing better to do and that says a lot about a person.

No but there is something like mmr that takes a long time to adjust if you’ve played for a while.
1 overtwatch accounts are cheap.
2 why not own at lest one account for eatch role
3 low friends
4 owning more then 1 PC
5 bullying low players because it’s fun from time to time
6 content creators use a lot of accounts, facing new players makes for better vids
7 making accounts for the memes
I like to think that all smurfs are a-holes to begin with.

10 They get a perverse kick out of playing against people lower than their level - it makes them feel like they are better than they actually are, temporarily making them feel special or gifted.
20 They suffer low self esteem / success in real life and compensate thus so.

Some people have smurfaccounts for random reasons. I for example, i have an extra account as im deaf, i get sh*tload of reports against me each game for not being in voice or just because i play competitive at 4k SR and im deaf. I have macros and i type alot, still i get tons of reports. I always fill and flex btw - never said a bad thing ever and i actively communicate with the tools i can use. So, sometimes i get a 24 suspension and baam, then im on my alt.
I have an alt account for similar reasons i get false reported for the heros i play and get suspended so i cycle those false bans with an alt account
But there is a difference between holding alt accounts and smurfing
All my accounts are within 100 sr or eachother
