Hi I just reinstalled overwatch today and tried to launch it and it crashes and black screens I’ve read posts stating Razer was causing it for others but I have uninstalled all Razer software and no longer own Razer products.

Only solution so far is restarting pc (which doesmt help with suspension an loss of sr :(( ). I googled a lot and tried stuff but my monitor shuts down with no further response

Let’s start by going through the steps to close background applications. After the restart, double check that applications such as Wallpaper Engine, your Gaming Apps (Logitech, MSI, Corsair, AMD), MSI Afterburner and Overwolf have not started up. If they have, please fully close these for now.
In addition to that, please disable the game DVR and retest once more afterwards.

I looked for those files in windows and I didn’t see any of them, I’ve also fully closed everything and turned off the xbox DVR thing, still black screen and crash. I also tried a game repair and it said no repair was necessary.
I have no idea what could be causing the issue at this point.
Hi, Did you end up finding a fix for this problem as i am also getting this problem and have deleted all razer files and followed all implications above?
