Black screen when i start up overwatch/

When i start the game up i get a black screen for a few seconds and then i get put back in to the launcher. I have tried a dozen ways to fix it but nothing seems to work.

its the same to me i tried most of the steps like, uninstall synapse and reinstall the latest version , repairs , update my drivers and some other steps that i found but nothing changed

This is usually caused by another program, the following article is usually enough to solve this kind of problem :

For Synapse users, if the program is still present, make sure to have the Chroma services enabled :

  1. press CTRL+SHIFT+ESC
  2. (optional) click More Details if collapsed
  3. click the Services tab
  4. click Open Services at the bottom
  5. set the Razer Chroma services as “running” + “automatic”

If the program has been uninstalled, ensure those 3 files are no longer present on your computer :
C:\Windows\System32\RzChromaSDK64.dll
C:\Windows\SysWOW64\RzChromaSDK.dll
C:\Windows\SysWOW64\RzAPIChromaSDK.dll
