Black screen when launch

Just as the title says, i cant start the game, just a black screen then nothing. I’ve read that others tried reinstalling the game, but still nothing. Anyone here who manage to solve the problem?

Exactly same situation. I have tried all the ways stated in other topics about solving black screen. They just don’t work.

I got this answer at Reddit, suppose to work.

“Delete rzchromasdk64.dll from your System32 folder!”

Im so sorry, but i dont understand how to link the msInfo file. I got in to the game, but i get kicked due to inactivity when i try to play, the loading is to slow.

Hello. I have the same problem.
And nothing appears in the windows errors since the game doesn’t crash on my side.
The screen just stays black, nothing more. I looked good in MSinfo but there’s nothing related to blizzard or Overwatch in it.

I tried to follow all the tutorials I could read on your page. (Repair the game, delete the cache folder, update the drivers, reset the game in the configuration etc)

And the only evolution that has happened is that I now see the Blizzard logo when I launch, but there is no sound. And I have the black screen again displayed.

Like i said Blizzard don’t appear but like you want.

I only copy and paste the last ten lines after the windows error report as written in the tutorial.

Thanks bro. I tried tonight and I got in. However it is taking me too long to enter anywhere, even the game itself. It took me over like 15 mins to just enter the game. Just so disappointed at this update.

I am having the same issue. Pastebin doesn’t work without a pro account. I tried to post a link to my GitHub, but apparently, these message boxes don’t allow links (although I see that others are able to)… soooo I guess I need support on that as well.
