Black screen when launch

Hi,

I have a problem that appears when I launch the game.
The game loads and launches, but instead of loading fully, I get a black screen that won't go away.
I've tried updating my computer and drivers, scanning Overwatch for errors, and running it as an administrator, but none of these things helped.

Over the past few days, this error has appeared several times, but in the remaining days, after several attempts, I've finally managed to launch it.
Now, however, nothing works :(
