Blackscreen on launch

I allready updated win10, gcard, deactived antivirus, run as admin, installed latest DirectX and viscual c++ redistributable, scan and repair, check for update, reinstalled ow2, changed ssd for install location.

my pc running with:
gtx 1060 12gb
amd 7 2700x
64gb ram

Any special advice to fix it?

i found a old razor file razor thread

C:\Windows\System32\RzChromaSDK64.dll
C:\Windows\SysWOW64\RzChromaSDK.dll
C:\Windows\SysWOW64\RzAPIChromaSDK.dll

i deleted them and now i can play
