Lol, from 12 to 9s. Did not feel any difference. Both 12 and 9 are overkill. She is busted.
The nerfs fine. She’s slightly less impactful now without totally killing the hero.

They’ve already said hot fixes aren’t for big changes, just tweaking numbers.
