Blizzard is trying to escape the scam bundle situation

The Masked Mischief Mega bundle was priced at 1223 gold coins. I purchased it not because I wanted the skins, but because I thought it was a “good” deal.

After waiting four hours with no response, they finally replied, stating that the pricing was a “bug” and that players can now go back and rebuy the bundle at the fully “discounted” price.

This is not how things work in the EU. If you do not issue refunds for all affected players or grant them the bundle they legally obtained from your in game shop by tomorrow, I will report your shady sales tactics to the appropriate EU customer rights authorities.

I hope you get fined heavily, ensuring that this never happens again and that you start respecting your players.

Shame on you.

Refunds have been issued and already received.
This just proves that they can refund anything and even digital currency items.

Gladly, the EU is preparing stricter laws for such behavior and scamming tactics.

Shame on you.
