Hello, my problem is that i got banned, i tried to appeal the ban but support just keeps ignoring me for like a week

in-game bans can only be appealed once and decisions made by Game Masters are considered final. Further appeals may be ignored. If this is your first appeal, I suggest waiting a bit longer for a response; ban appeals usually have a lower priority and there may be an unusually high amount of unanswered tickets that need to be handled first. I’d also suggest refraining from opening an additional ticket for the same request as that might lead to further delays.
It make take months for them to even look into your case given what I’ve seen on other reports of that matter where a user was banned, and then unbanned…
Unsure why it is considered low priority when you’re literally restricting a potentially innocent player from accessing the game.
Another BOT answer that does not help but defend the GM’s when there is no defending to do, doesn’t expect much from anyone who has anything to do with them.

basicly a chance that 1of 9 players reports you Is really floating High…
