Blizzard Support unfair account locking

i have tried speaking to blizzard support to get my account unlocked on overwatch. Which I didn’t receive any email or information about. no tos has been broken and all I received as “support” has been a lazy copy paste message(which is all i received from support). This is ridiculously infuriating as my account which I have for many years is gone and i am literally receiving 0 support from their team.

Please fix the report system as it’s frustrating when this happens cause of false reporting.

How can I actually get help from support, is there anything anybody knows where I can literally get them to say something specific which I did because they haven’t so far.

Just happened to me as well, the moment a competetive game ended, It logged me out and said its locked, but no email or sms alerts about it at all, I contancted blizzard, let me know if your situation changes, some people have been talking about this exact issue in the forums for a bit it seems…

This false reporting has been going on for a while now. Heck, I even had a comment removed on forums that said nothing wrong. “You literally said that” :face_with_raised_eyebrow:

It gets abused so hard, and these people know it. You get punished for breaking no rules, yet toxic people seem to get away with it. Doesn’t make any sense really. They really do need to look into it and stop with the automated responses / actions.

If you log into your account on the Blizzard website, you should be able to see something in the messages along with any tickets. BattleNet app was always changed to give more details, but not sure what it shows.

It seems like you might have just had your account locked, which is something they do when they suspect account sharing. if you’ve logged in on a new device/machine or from another location it might lock your account.

You will always see people claiming “no reason”, but there is always something. All the messages in this thread are potentially at risk, including the chap above who falsely believes no rules are broken. There is a rules in the forum code of conduct that in short says, no talking about account actions. What they want is for you to just submit a ticket and hope for the best.
