My old OW 1 account was hacked a year or two ago and I never really bothered to get it back at the time. I submitted a ticket under the “Account Hacked” tag but it has been 4 days without any response. Should I be concerned about this?
Probably just taking ages because of the players and their problems. Might take a few weeks!

Ticket response times were 6-7 days last time I checked. Could be even longer by now idk. They’re dealing with a lot right now but I’m sure they’ll get back to you in a few days. Good luck with your account.
