Blizzard support

Blizzard support continually refuse to answer questions and keep changing the topic. They now say if I raise a support ticket they will terminate my account.

I have for a subject access request and for them to provide data they hold on me, also a correspondence address for legal enquiries.

In both instances they refuse to answer and assume my question is about account suspension (my account isn’t suspended) and they can’t over turn it.

Are they genuinely this salty or are they unable to comprehend basic sentences?

Is there any way to get them to read the actual words I’m typing without them spitting their dummy out?

Have you gone through the specific options under support for that, or just opened a ticket?

If you just opened a ticket, there isn’t anything they can do and persistently sending tickets will waste there time.

Based on your tale, it seems like the tickets gone the wrong way. So I would go back to the options and submit a new request for your data.
