If your HR is anything to go by I’m not suprised by how bad your CS is why tf do I have to go through 3 redirects to make a report and then you make me refill in my details and then after going through your awful ticket system it just keeps saying that there’s an error and my ticket can’t send and the last time I had the utter displeasure of having to use your CS it took you 5 days to get back and you just linked me the trouble shooting page
