I have never experienced this error before today, I use battle net and instantly on launch I get this error every time. I updated my NVIDIA drivers two days ago and did not have this issue before.
what ive tried:
-launching as admin
-repairing ow through battle net
-restarting pc
-reinstalling drivers
-reinstalling overwatch
-resetting and changing game settings through nvidia
