There are no problems for me with the game, it is possible that people can enjoy it you know! I suggest you go in search of another game.

It is when valuable and rare as rocking horse sheet dev time needs to be spent fixing the bigger problems than a no lifer hitting the level progession ceiling
You are becoming rather annoying, you do not know me or have any reason to accuse me of no life. I have had the game from the start, I do not smurf and I play for fun. If you have nothing helpful to say about the topics question then kindly close the door on your way out.
Somehow you trying to sound smarter by using phrases that people wouldn’t use in a regular conversation is making you loose your credibility

You reek of jelousy. They are asking a question and you ram your insults down their throat. Where the hell are your manners? You speak to everyone like they are beneath your feet? Some people have the time to play this game more than you or I. So? The level cap should have been made lots higher from the get go not stuck where people are reaching it. Its not a difficult and time consuming fix. Make a portrait and copy and paste some code. Do you feel obliged to upset everyone over such a basic request? You enjoy it? You are instantly outnumbered about the portrait. Who do you think you are to tell us our wants? Nobody wants to hear your whining. Leave you pc for ten minutes. Self reflect. You really want to waste your time being mean? Probably not. Come back, and move on. Its not hard to be civil. A bigger person would apologise to those they have hurt.

To reach this level of salt I don’t know if you’re trolling or naturally salty in real life aka being reeeeaaally frustrated. Or many you are a girl having her periods, I can be like this too. Though after having a quick look at your profile, I concluded you may be somebody toxic or trolling even in game to be only Endorsement 1. And Dear God knows how hard it is to be so low… Plus, if you have the game since the beginning you probably played a damn amount of time too because I know a former no-life person of the same level as you having the game since the beta. So it means playing close to 5 hours a day. 5h = 3-4 levels.
Now, explanations. Why people can be so high level?
- Playing with friends all the time (like me ~OuO~) contributes. It means s o c i a l l i f e and plus 20% of XP.
- Maybe they loooove this game damn much? Maybe they don’t feel the need to play another game? So all the free time is dedicated to ONE game.
- Some people can have a rich social life online because sadly in real life it can be hard to find friends with the same center of interests. Or they can be IRL friends like some players I know. Also, who is seeing friends after school/work everyday? Not everybody is a popular af extrovert feeling so lonely when not having human contact.
- Some persons can be especially good at school/Uni or have a decent job not eating their lives. = free time.
- Many other reasons like maybe having a disability forcing you to stay at home?
Also, as a high level myself having all the skins in the game, close to every content, playing since Season 3, I’m like the creator of this post craving for novelty in game. It can be boring to receive nothing new for your efforts (aka "time spent’) and for the love you have for Overwatch. Though I’m still unhappy about many things in game and I’m salty everyday about the comp system or Dumbfist to quote an example. What is wrong about spreading some positivity for once? It could bring joy to some people, even a little. You are in the wrong too for assuming this person has nothing to criticize about the game. You read one post, you assume things based on your own in-game (or real life- ) frustration and then you do a mountain, sorry, an Everest of it. I need to do pretty metaphors to communicate with your “literature”.

I’m sorry to have caused one person so much hate towards me and so I will leave this thread as it is. The full story is that I contacted Blizzard support via email and the helpful GM suggested I post here for more “to the point” info. I now wish I had not done so lol.
I have never posted here in all the years of playing OW and the reason for this is set out above.
People asking for help these days are either slated by people like the guy above and/or abused, its a shame 
Thanks to the other users for adding opinions and sorry for any bs caused by a simple question.

EDIT. It would seem Blizzard has removed the insulting post made by the guy " Badafarusima" and so it might not make sense to others viewing the thread.

Not that it is any of your business but i have aspergers syndrome so i am mentally and psychologically different to most people
If you are offended and upset by what i say it is not my problem it is yours… i am not sensitive and i dont take other peoples sensitivity into consideration because it is irrelevent to me

Complaining about a lvl cap portrait when there are hundreds of other things to focus on fixing first is stupid… regardless of how anyone feels about it

What’s wrong with the community is toxic people like you. OP is not making a problem about anything, he/she is simply asking of there’s anything beyond plat 5 stars (which is a perfectly legitimate question) and you seem to be pretty upset about that. That’s a sad, sad attitude.

Its possible she suffers from aspergers too… alot of intelligent people do and we come off as arrogant and insensitive…
But thata because of societys expectations and its not our fault we do not conform to peoples expectations of “normal”
