No. It’s scummy that they’ve even done it for new players in their first 5 games.
If it goes beyond that, game should be boycotted.

That aside it seem that the game is actually getting paladinized/mahvelized* adding bots to hook new players in or maybe compensate for the lack of players or maybe better conrol of the winners/losers queue? Who knows? 
As someone in the forums has said - “maybe the real PvE content is the bots we met along the way”.

And I’ll always say when I think something’s crap
I just don’t tolerate constant false cheater accusations. Makes the accuser look stupid
Bots are only for brand new players, in the first games when you play with other new player. Maybe it’ll smooth out the onboarding process, but it not an idea I can support
