Bots get stuck problem

I don’t know why but when I play vs bots often happens that bot just gets stuck in a place I don’t know why.

I just tested it myself and it took me 3 matches to find this bug once when Roadhog got stuck in spawn and then Lucio got stuck on the way out of spawn.
(I was playing Widow. Just to explain how I saw the Roadhog.)
