Breaking up strict roles in a group when member leaves

Heya, first of all I love the new LFG and endorsement features which have greatly improved positivity so far.

However, I faced several situations today where we had a 6-man group in quickplay, with strict 2-2-2 role selection lock on, and a healer from our group decided to quit the game midway, being filled with a random solo-queuer. The problem in two of these games was that no one could hop in to cover for the lost support since we were all tied to our roles, and the person joining the game midway was unwilling to pick support.

I just wanted to make a suggestion of removing the strict role selection lock of a group when a member of the group leaves so that players may repick their roles midgame in case of leavers. Or to allow the leader to adjust these preferences midgame.
