Brigitte, Why... why would you do this?

Before we begin I want to point out that I don’t really care about her being hard to fight 1v1 as Tracer and no nerf should change that, that is her job and I accept it but that does not mean she is balanced and doesn’t need some things changing.

Example:
Playing Tracer while facing each other I closed the gap slightly and threw a pulse bomb at her from distance actually needing to aim upwards to throw it that distance then I immediately blinked backwards up some stairs and while still walking backwards just after the blink she dashed forward and done the stun combo on me… If her shield bash distance is less than Tracers blink distance (6 metres bash and 7.5 metres blink) then how is this possible when I already had distance on her after throwing the pulse bomb and then the added distance of the blink ?

Brigittes shield bash is supposed to be 6m and Tracers Blink 7.5m. This video shows that’s not the case.

Roadhogs Chain Whip does 30 damage, pulls the target towards you and has a cooldown of 8 seconds.
Brigitte does 70 damage with a whip shot that pushes players away on a 4 second cooldown.

They are both pretty much the same ability just with opposite effects so why should Brigitte do more damage and have half the cooldown ?

You could argue that the chain hook pulls them into your team leading to almost certain death and that is why it has less damage and longer cooldown.

Whip shot can push players back to where your flankers are waiting leading to almost certain death with 70 hp missing, knock people off the map leading to almost certain death, force them into a corner where you can trap, stun and flail them to an almost certain death, knock the enemy tank away exposing anyone taking cover behind.

I think its doing far too much damage for such a low cooldown and CC. Tune her whip shot and her bash range a little and she will be ok.
