I was playing Overwatch competitive mode, and as I was winning, the server closed, telling me it is currently offline. When I finally managed to get back on, I found that was suspended from the ranked mode, and lost 100 ranked points. 10 wins in a row in ranked games, all lost by a traitorous server. Its not fair, because the amount of points you earn for wining, no matter how many wins in a row, is cheap compared to how much you lose in losing games.
I needed my points restored to 2507 before the end of the season, fast, so that I could at least have platinum.
Unfortunately, none of the Blizzard contact supports have a category for such issues, and anyone I tired kept asking for my personal computer information, which is asking too much from privacy. Embarrassing that Blizzard doesn’t even have a contact phone number, as it turned out that they deleted it.
