Why so weak ramattra is?
So hard to push q, just delete it, install kill everyone when ultimate meter is up, ty!
You playing him wrong then.
Gotta know when to stay ranged (he has pretty good dps) and when to go melee and start kicking some butt.

i dont like playing him, but saying he is weak is absolutely wrong. He can block quite alot of attacks with shields and in his melee form. He can pierce shields and attack from afar
