As the game starts sooner once you pick, Symm is now weaker because you don’t have as much time to set up turrets etc.
It would be good to have turrets off cd during the start to counter this as you can typically only just get 2 back as the game starts on faster maps.
That would be unfair…
It was always like this, regaining the balance.
Why? You shoot those turrets all over the place. Stop whining…

Ok, prior to Symmetra’s rework she had to be up against the wall to place turrets. Now you just aim and they fly 100’s of meters. So I don’t see any reason for more prep time. Replacing destroyed turrets has become easy as hell.
There’s only 3 turrets now instead of 6, and they can be deployed at a distance. So there’s no real need for her to have the same amount of setup time as the old days.

The buff to Symm came at a different stage than the decrease in setup time.

Anyways, as buddiehh was saying, it was worse before so such a buff might not be necessary. It would be exploitable, too, because you can switch to another hero and switch back to get the buff.
Except being told to stop whining is being constructive, because they are whining.
they want a buff for 0 reason, and refuse to listen to anything that doesn’t support them.
It is still destructive. You can say the same point of criticism without being destructive:
