When I joined a game of capture the flag in a group of 5, I joined the game and could hear the music and countdown, but I was stuck in the main menu; I was able to control the main menu normally, but I wasn’t supposed to be there.
Nothing I did would get me into the game.
Eventually I was kicked for inactivity and was unable to rejoin as another player stole my spot.
Before this occurred, I was loading a highlight, the highlight just finished loading as the match started, because the match started I backed out of the highlight immediately, only to be greeted with the main menu.
Keep in mind that I was in game as well, I could hear the sounds, the announcements (select a hero; 5, 4, 3, etc…) and if course I was kicked for inactivity.
My group also confirmed I was in the game with them, but just not moving.
The bug has something to do with loading a highlight at (or roughly near) loading into a match.
