overwatch used to run fine for me before deciding to not use my graphics card out of nowhere, I know its not a hardware issue because I changed nothing from before this was happening and other games work fine. on overwatch, however, I’m getting <20 fps and around 2-3% GPU usage, my GPU is used more by just browsing chrome than by overwatch! overwatch still shows that I have the card, it just isn’t using it. I tried contacting support but nothing helped whatsoever. has anyone else had this issue and if so, how can I/how did you fix it? please, I really want to play this game again!!!

I cannot see any contacts to support, so cannot see what steps you might have gone through already. Let’s start by going through the Overwatch Performance Issues Support article. Please go through all the steps listed thoroughly (including the Advanced Troubleshooting) and retest afterwards.
