Whenever I load into lijang tower my game stays on the loading screen until I am removed for ago and so far this has caused me to get an 8 hour comp ban I just want I say to either make it so I don’t get put on lijang tower or to have my comp ban removed as it is not my fault that the game gives whenever it finds a match on lijang tower

When you get stuck on a loading screen, it can be either a performance issue or a connection issue. Since it happens only with one map, I’d start by troubleshooting performance to see if we can improve the situation.
