The normal button for teleport is F but ive always used F for my push to talk. Bad part is, I can’t find the place in controls where i can pick a key.

There’s not an specific key for “Symmetra’s Teleport”, maybe that’s why you don’t find it. The function is called Interact. You can choose any key for that on Options > Controls.
