Can a Blizzard support staff member please clear this up for us?

→ Game has been crashing for several days with unfixable “code signing violation”, at least on our PCs, despite reinstallation attempts, quote:

“Blizzard, could you provide any information if you are actually looking into this or if we just need to drop Overwatch and look for other games to play instead?”

Also, how about reimbursement for those of us who have recently spent money on things, eg the battle pass (or cosmetics), and now cannot consume it because your changes prevent us from exhausting our money’s worth?
