Can i report in mystery when healers dont heal moat of the time im right next to them or go to them ask for healing the they run away

If you think they are purposefully trolling go for it, but its not always the case that they are intentionally being unhelpful.

Reporting system is automated, you can do what you want. Report the whole team, it doesn’t matter.

You can report anyone for nothing, you don’t even need to ask. If they get enough reports they will be banned, if you see level 1 endorsement level players you can get them banned faster.
people play healers all the time but they do far from healing. Morra become pure combat lucio its all speed boost. why heal if your already gold heals and elims
As far as I know the endorsement level has no link to bans. It’s a limit you reach, I once read it’s 100 and the counter resets every month. The limit is lowered for players who were previously suspended tho, at least for the first month I’d say.
Most people lose endorsement levels because of reports and penalties etc.
Ironically higher endorsement levels tend to mean the player never talk but they tend to win a lot.
That is true, when you get suspended you go back to level 0. My point was more that people with level 1 or 0 are not all people who got previously suspended.
oh by no mean they just may not play much since the endorsement system was launched rip them.
I see it a lot in QP but most of the time I just think the players are very bad.
I played Lucio for one round out of 3 last night and got gold healing vs a mercy and baguette who played the whole 3 rounds as support/healers, I reported them.
That’s the thing they don’t have the basic concepts for the game by 25. They are just getting their “main” under their belt. So once in comp they don’t know their role they only understand this main and want to face roll everything. They don’t think about highground and such. We can then poor salt on it because an experienced player helps a newbi friend and his SR then drops and he cant come back because he plays more toward the intended style rather then the percieved style.
you can report for anything. it’s an entirely automated report system. I’ve been through it many times on many accounts.
Reports are collected by category and result in a ban once a threshold is reached. they decay at a rate of at least 1 per 3 days (if it’s linear).
there’s no appeal process and no ToS they adhere to. I find that abusive chat, however, is the easiest to get people banned for.

Report for everything you want as much as you want. I’ve reported my whole team numerous times and nothing happened. I can assume something extreme like reporting all 11 players in every game you play wont result in warning for you to stop, lol
You might be gold damage or elims because your dps players have no healing, your tanks have no healing and nobody has any support.
Medals tell one side of the tale, the result. It doesn’t say how it came to be that way. Maybe Moira was too busy bullying a Genji and throwing damage orbs through barriers and the group had no support to keep them up. Maybe their tanks were off doing god knows what while a cohesive goats comp walked over them.
Healers should heal first then add damage in most situations, it’s better for the whole group.
Debatable. A good Zenyatta might as well be a DPS character. Lucio might want to split from the pack and boop a key target off the map/into his team. Moira might find it better to throw balls into the shield wall if her team is not directly in danger. Pre-rework Mercy used to hide all the time when she had an ulti.

When they get reported enough their endorsement level goes down e.g. 3 ->2->1. Of course that does not mean all of them have low endorsement level because of reports. There are people who gets a new account or joins the game after a while etc.
