Can someone just fix the change region page?

So I created my old account in 2016 and that was when I was living in the US. I live in the UK now and it won’t let me change my country in order to change the country code on my phone number. And with a preset country code to +1 I cannot even open the game.

I left the US two years ago and my old phone number has already been long cancelled. I thought it was a relief that Blizzard were kind enough to give us a self-service page to change region, except the page was just BROKEN. It does not take you anywhere but stuck you in endless loop every time you click continue.

My ticket made yesterday has already been deleted and I have no idea why. This is such a frustration to see how a company treat their old players.

Thanks for replying. I have unfortunately already tried that option. It will indeed make a brand new ticket, but that will be deleted within less than a day. I’ve already had this happened to me twice. So my best option now is wait for Blizzard to realize how big a problem it is.

Any Overwatch player with a connected Battle.net account, which includes all players who have played since June 9, 2021, will not have to provide a phone number to play. We are working to make this change and expect it to go live on Friday, October 7. We will update players once it is in effect.
