Can we please have an option to turn off the skull indicator when you kill someone?

I think this could be a decent quality of life change in terms of clarity. The skull is really unnecessary since you already get an “eliminated x” message when you kill someone. It’s annoying to have it flash on your screen when you’re trying to line up your next shot/ability

I had completely forgotten that that was even in the game.

The skull icon actually means that you are the one that dealt the final blow to that enemy.

But that being said; I can understand why it can be annoying.
