If you use macros then yes you can get banned from playing OW altogether. It is a form if cheating to take more in game actions on one human action.
How would people even know you are using that mouse unless you said something?
I think the main issue is the thing with macros. While having extra mouse buttons as input is allowed, scripted button pressing isn’t, which is why the OTP asked in the first place, I guess.
Other players can’t notice that you use a specific mouse but they can notice that you use macros.

Yeah Im wondering because although I turned off all sorts of “auto click” settings there are and uninstalled the Bloody software, Im still wondering if Bloody is generally banned by Blizzard or something. I know that they’re not allowed in CS:GO
No, The mouse itself is not forbidden. Just disable all auto clicks and macros and you’ll be fine.
I am playing with A4Tech bloody mouse for like 2 years now and never had problem with it. I actually tried the core 3 || 4 (don’t remember which one) with widow and mccree and there is no difference at all (except placebo effect). So no worries ypu will be fine.

I can’t think why anyone would want to use one unless they’re after the macro app that combines with it.
It is in effect a commercialised Autokey and should 100% be banned. The mouse itself looks garbage.
