Srsly I hope they don’t bring it back for free unless they restore the money. I believe a lot of players bought it not just bc of the charity.
I bought it bc it is a limited time item AND helped a charity. The charity part just justified the price tag for me.
Destrolock it was an event skin and just like many event skins eventually they should be brought back as something you buy with ingame currency cause the event for which it was made was over.
It would just be fair to do so. The only reason they charged players for it was to have the skin before anyone who couldn’t afford it could get their hands on it.
It’s the same with games that overtime cost less because they are not new anymore. I don’t see why just because you or someone else had the cash for it at the time should be the only ones to benefit from that lovely skin just because they themselves couldn’t afford such a luxury at the moment of sale.

Yeah so Pink Mercy skin was raising money for breast cancer research. We all know that. It cost about 15€. I don´t think it´s bad idea to bring it back next May for other charity round in same price or little bit lower if there is new skin added for that charity. In Finland Pink Ribbon breast cancer charity raises money by selling little pink ribbon pin, pink ribbon pencils and other stuff. Reason to buy those products is will to help those with breast cancer. Pink ribbon pin gets new design every year and they don´t just give away old ones. I don´t know how this thing works in other countries so you can inform me if you want. But after all buying these Pink Ribbon product or that great Mercy skin you will help those with breast cancer and product you get (Mercy skin, ribbon pin or something else) is symbol of you caring about that charity. It should not be about getting something, It should be about you caring about others.
Blizzard should run that campaign again next year. 15€/dollar/ what ever you use isn´t cheapest thing ever but still reasonable when you know it is going to good purpose.
