Tried to play overwatch but the program could not locate the files. I run the repair system but when it was updating the files, it stopped at cdn configurations and said there was an error. I restarted the computer and my intenet but to no avail. So i decided to reinstall but same problem. it stopped at cdn config. I then looked through the forums and i followed some of the solutions provided like removing the battle.net files but it caused the app to face issues too. I tried reinstalling the blizzard app but im stuck again but this time it says that something broke. i cannot reinstall and run the blizzard app at all and its starting to get really annoying especially because i really want to get my winter wonderland loot. please help

Let’s start by making sure there’s no programs or security software preventing the app from installing and opening correctly.
Disable or temporarily uninstall your security software:
battle.net/support/article/23672
Close background applications to make sure there’s no other program interfering with the game:
battle.net/support/article/23848

Thanks for the reply. I tried both and my games are installing fine now.
I do however have a suspicion that my internet provider may also be an underlying cause of this problem along with some other issues. I’ll look further into it and I’ll ask for help if I have any other issues.
