the battlenet launcher wont even let me choose were to download the game
i have tried: reinstalling te laucher, updating drivers, clearing cache and tools. im not sure what to do

have you been getting any error code (starts with BLZBNT…XXXX)?
You may want to search the support website for that specific error then.
Otherwise try these steps, including the ones within the Advanced Troubleshooting section:
Battle.net may also need administrator permissions in case you have the download path set to a directory that requires elevated privileges (such as C:\Program Files).
