So… I’ve played 5 games on support. Won 5, didn’t loose or abandon any. And ranked up system decided that i should stay at Bronze 5 for some reason. I’ve been having Ranking up problem since end of season 2 or so. I can now outperform enemy healers by a long shot sometimes even having 14k+ healing. Is there something wrong to my account or something? Ranking up as a DPS was way easier even though i’m bad at dps role.
I have exactly the same problem on PS5/PS4. I started as Healer with Bronze 5. Then won 2x5 games, lost only 2. However, I NEVER got promoted to Bronze 4 or 3. I have 10-18k healing and outperform many enemy healers, so this cannot be a skill issue.

you don’t get promoted automatically after 5 wins
after 5 wins it will be checked if you MAYBE level up
special: bronze 5 must earn a larger SR to advance (= the SR range in bronze 5 is the largest. you have to win more games / win more SR than e.g. someone who advances from bronze 2 to bronze 1)
the amount of healing means absolutely nothing - as a supporter you have other tasks than healing
the role is called support - not healer. you play the role phps wrong (or not optimal)
@Marijin: 1st role of a supporter is healing. If you think “the amount of healing means nothing”, you should not play ranked games. - I now found several bug reports for this bug on the BUG FORUM. “RANKING IS BROKEN” currently is the most common topic there - one thread already has more than 60 posts:
Especially worrysome is that players get demoted even after winning and then are not able to recover from Bronze 5 anymore, quote: “I keep ranking down despite having a 2:1 winrate though and am now hard stuck in Bronze 5.”
We also get a strange message from the game, as described here: “Players with very positive winrates are being knocked back to Bronze 5 even while continuing to win more than they lose. Many Bronze 5 players, when demoted, see a message that says they’re at the “minimum value for this rank””
