I’ve been playing since around the start of the game, like back when symm was a support. and in my ~1200 hours of the game, i have not been able to find a hero to main, or even really a role to play. because of this i’ve been bouncing back and forth between heroes and roles, never really seeing massive improvement. I dont really care about the meta or who’s in a good spot rn, and more just want to have fun on the hero i play. If anyone else has had this problem, please share how you managed to decide, thanks!
Seems like you’ve been pumping the time into Reaper this season. Is he not giving you that fun buzz?
Your hit scan accuracy seems good (although short play time to judge)
So, it really depends on your goal. Is it to find a hero or 2 to grind out improvements and climb, or to just have some fun.
So
The “fun heros” are usually the opposite of what the meta is
But
Don’t play someone terrible like reapers low survivability
Or full aim caricators like Cassidy glass cannon with rubber bullets
Fun will come from caricators who can be played dangerously fast
Sombra, doomfist, lucyo
They all have big moovment and can effectively breath down the enemies neck without getting caught out
Maby not doom but he can kinda get back there for a bit
But
If your like me
I play sigma becaus I have no way of working with my team
So I use him to “heal” stun and meditate and have an extrodanery dmg output
I find that playing with friends allows me to shake up my game style
If I’m playing with a mercy
I can go lucyo
Or if I have a life weaver
I might play mcree
Even tho it’s not “good”
It has fun combos and enjoyable moments
All in all
When you pick your “main” go for moovment and the ability to use your team
You don’t need a main tho
You can always play mystery heroes or lymated/mystery dule
