Career Profile stuck

I no longer have my stats update as I play. Says I played for 11 hrs when I played at least 24 this week alone. Any help/ suggestions?

No help nor suggestions, even Bliz hasnt listed it in known bugs so donā€™t hold you breath for a fix any time soon.

Im having same issues. I want to play the game but dont want to waste time if the stats arent going to be remembered.

Same for me, Iā€™m om PS5 and under my career profile for ā€˜current competive seasonā€™ it shows me as bronze but everything else is blank, Iā€™ve played probably about 45 - 50 matches and have won 28 matches but it doesnā€™t show anything, not the heroes Iā€™ve played or matches won it all just shows zero and everything is just grey. It shows my stuff for previous season and quick play though. I hope this gets fixed because if itā€™s not registering properly then i donā€™t know of Iā€™ll get competetive points

Having the same issue on xbox. so must be happening on all platforms. Hopefully its fixed soon

Ah I guess Iā€™m not alone then. PC here.

Statistics froze on 1 hour play time / 8 games / 0 wins

Also every 7 wins I get ranked at Bronze 5 or Bronze 3 (most likely because of those stats), but on career profile it keeps reporting Bronze 55

At least battle pass xp and challenges seem to be working, so at least playing for something.

Hope the stats are still stored in the background and at some point will magically appear. :face_with_diagonal_mouth:

Mine stats are perfect now on PSN. But even with 7 support wins in a row I always end up in Bronze fiveā€¦ How is that even possible? Win/loose ratio 79/21 and always leveling ā€œupā€ to bronze 5 :sweat_smile::man_facepalming:t3: Wonder where I end up when itā€™s fixed. Never won so much after playing OW2 :smiley::+1:t3:

Sorry to bump an old thread, but this has been a problem since Overwatch 2 launched for me.
I donā€™t have any stats for quickplay or heroes apparently. Itā€™s kinda driving me insane that it STILL isnā€™t fixedā€¦Iā€™d rather it just reset at this point.

Same here. Career profile isnā€™t showing anything. Hope fix will come soon because i canā€™t really climb in ranking
